Had a great time, but the shared bathroom could've used a scrub and the mould on the window frames was a bit off-putting. Chur for the comfy beds, though!

Rooms have character, clean spaces, and comfortable beds. Unique building vibe adds charm to the stay.
Shared bathroom setup could be challenging with multiple guests. lack of privacy in certain areas was noticeable. Mould in the bathroom corners detracted from the experience. Outdated fridge contents hinted at poor maintenance, and a soft mattress might not suit everyone’s comfort level.

charming local pub experience, scenic views of the canal, community atmosphere
The shared bathrooms are a disaster during peak hours!!! The cleanliness of common areas requires serious attention!!! The kitchenette is cramped, especially with all four rooms occupied!!! The decor screams outdated, begging for a refresh!!!

Middlewich canal vibes 🌊
The lady who greeted me was such a chommie, made me feel right at home as I got settled into my room. The location next to the canal path was just lekka for a stroll, so peaceful. And man, that bar downstairs had some solid dop to enjoy!
Only downside was the TV in my room, looked a bit older but I didn't really mind that much.

Chill vibes by the canal
Loved hanging out in the huge beer garden. Linda was super helpful and made me feel really welcome. The shared bathroom could be a bit crowded at times though. Enjoyed the bar area too—perfect for relaxing after a day out! Just a stroll along the canal and you’ve got another spot to grab food.
